Group Retreats & Events

Examples: Small group retreats, church groups, business meetings or conferences, team building workshops, celebrations such as birthdays or baby or wedding showers, social gatherings with friends like book club or game night, etc. Rates listed are for groups of 3-25 people. Different rates apply for larger groups - inquiries should be made on registration form.

Includes:

Access to the lodge and surrounding outdoor spaces for any booked timeframe between 9:30am-4:30pm (see form for evening requests)
Coffee and tea; guests are welcome to bring their own refreshments and store in our upstairs refrigerator

Rates:

$40/hr for outside only gatherings (indoor access limited to bathroom)
$75/hr for upstairs sunroom which includes a half-bath and kitchenette (elevator access available)
$75/hr for downstairs den with wood-burning fireplace, half-bath, kitchenette, and porches for breakout areas
$150/hr for upstairs sunroom and downstairs den
$200/hr for sole use of the building including larger main kitchen and dining area

Note: An additional cleaning fee of $50-$100 will be charged depending on spaces used.

Reservation Process

Please use the form above to submit reservation requests; we strive to give a response within 48 hours of submission.

After the reservation request has been processed, group representative must:

Make payment
- Zelle (@experiencereality)
- Check made out to and received by Experience Reality Inc. before arrival
Complete liability release form
- Form will be emailed to group representative after preliminary acceptance
- Fill out, scan, and return the form to admin@experiencereality.org
Group representative will also receive a Visitor Guide along with their reservation confirmation.
