Renovations
A Home Brimming with Hospitality!
Our goal is for the farmhouse renovation ("the lodge") to be completed by November 2024.
The main feature of the renovation is the conversion of the large three car garage into two fully
wheelchair accessible en-suite bedrooms on the ground floor. From the ground floor, guests
may take an elevator to the first floor, where the dining room and den (with fireplace) are
located, or further up to the second floor. There, the loft of the old garage will be converted into
a spacious family room perfect for entertaining. The big windows will introduce lots of light and
provide beautiful views overlooking the rolling back meadows of the property. Special thanks go
to architect Mark Barron, who has helped us to accomplish all of this within the existing footprint
of the home. In total, the renovated residence will be five bedrooms with plenty of warm spaces
